QTVR panorama appears as one image and flipped 90 degrees

Description

This problem is not caused by The Panorama Factory.

It is caused by using an older version of the QuickTime viewer that does not support the QTVR format. It displays the QTVR image as though it is a conventional QuickTime movie. In addition to being flipped 90 degrees, the image plays as a movie. That is, it plays through the panorama from one end to the other and you are unable to control the position using the mouse.

Workaround

You can correct the problem by updating to the most recent version of the QuickTime viewer available from www.apple.com.
