Next image / Next seam commands do not work from popup menus

Description

The Next image, Next seam, Previous image and Previous seam commands are available when viewing an imported image, when viewing a pair of images in the Wizard stitch step and when viewing an overlap region.  The commands work properly from the Image menu at the top of the screen, but when chosen from a popup context menu have no effect.
