Abnormal termination when deleting stitched image if overlap region is open

Description

If you open an overlap region and then delete the stitched image before you close the overlap region, the overlap dialog should go away, but it doesn't.  Closing the dialog after deleting the stitched image can cause abnormal termination of The Panorama Factory.

Workaround

None.
