Depending upon the options you select on the Save image as
dialog box, The Panorama Factory sometimes has to resize your image as
part of the export process. When this automatic resizing happens,
The Panorama Factory sharpens the image even if you have turned off
sharpening in the Wizard or with menu commands.
Images may be resized during image export if you select
Automatically resize or if select an export format that has size
constraints. For example, QTVR images are almost always resized during
export because QTVR images must be a multiple of 96 pixels in width.
To avoid sharpening during image export, do all required resizing
before exporting the image and do not select Automatically resize
on the Save image as dialog box. If you are exporting to QTVR
format, be sure to resize the image to a multiple of 96 pixels in width
before exporting. You can resize to a multiple of 96 pixels by
entering a value for Image width on the Create your panorama
Wizard step or by using the Resize command (New image menu).
