Cylindrical projection doesn't work correctly after saving the project

Description

If you stitch a panorama with Cylindrical reprojection, some commands don't work correctly after saving and reopening the project.

1. The Improve quality command converts the panorama to spherical projection.
    
2. The Fine tune command omits a portion of the image at the top and bottom from the fine tuning process.
    
3. The height of the default crop rectangle is reduced from the correct size.

None.
