Project properties and Profile organizer dialog boxes are unreadable with some color schemes

Description

The scrolling lists on the Project properties and Profile organizer dialog boxes forces their backgrounds to white regardless of user's color selections. This would be fine if the foreground were also set to black, but it's not, so the user's choice of foreground is honored. If that foreground happens to be white then the list is unreadable.

Workaround

Avoid color schemes with a white foreground..
