Fine tune and Clear fine tuning commands are unavailable

Description

The Fine tune and Clear fine tuning commands (Image menu) are always grayed out, regardless of whether I am looking at the stitched image or have opened one of the overlap boxes.

Workaround

Use the Fine tune and Clear fine tuning commands from the context menu -- click the righthand mouse button with the mouse pointer over the large image in the lower pane. This works on the stitched image and on the overlap region.
