Choosing a non-English language during install has no effect

4.2 - 4.3, m32 Edition and x64 Edition only

Description

The Panorama Factory's setup file offers the language choice during the install.  Choosing a non-English language has no effect when the m32 Edition or x64 Edition is installed.  The option works properly for the Legacy Edition.

Workaround

After installing, start The Panorama Factory and choose the non-English language from the Options dialog box (Tools menu).
