The Panorama Factory x64 Edition refuses to install on Windows Vista x64

Description

If you try to install The Panorama Factory x64 Edition on Vista x64, the installer displays this message:

The Panorama Factory V4 x64 Edition requires Windows XP (or newer) x64 Edition. You are not running this version of Windows.

The m32 Edition is the correct version to install on your computer.

The message is, of course, incorrect.  The Panorama Factory x64 Edition is the correct version to install on Windows Vista x64.  Unfortunately, the installer incorrectly believes that you are running Windows Vista x86 (the 32-bit version).

Workaround

You must install the m32 Edition.  To download the m32 Edition, go to the web page The Panorama Factory Editions.
