QuickTime does not allow zoom out all the way for some images

Description

QuickTime images made with the camera tilted down will not zoom all the way out.  When you make a panorama this way, the field of view above the horizon is smaller than the field of view below the horizon.  V4.3 incorrectly incorrectly assumes that the field of view below the horizon is equal to the field of view above the horizon and limits the zoom accordingly.

None.
