Double-click doesn't open overlap region

Description

In V3.4 you could open an overlap region by double-clicking anywhere on its boundary. In V4.0, double-clicking on the boundary often has no effect at all.

Workaround

Move the mouse over the boundary of the overlap region and click the right-hand mouse button. This will display a popup context menu. Select Overlap region and then Open from the context menu.
