QuickTime VR Manager failed to create panorama

Description

The Panorama Factory displays this message when you use the Save QTVR panorama command (File menu) if you do not have all the necessary QuickTime components installed.

To use the Save QTVR panorama command you must install these QuickTime components:

QuickTime Essentials

QuickTime Internet Extras

QuickTime Still Image

QuickTime Authoring

Workaround

If you have not already installed QuickTime, get it from www.apple.com.

If you get this message after installing QuickTime, use the QuickTime Updater to install the missing components.

Status

V2.1 displays a more specific message identifying the missing component.
