Error -8972 when saving a QTVR

Description

The following message is produced sometimes when saving a QTVR:

"In VRPano_CreateTileMovie,
FCompressImage returned error -8972"

This error is produced if:

1. You select the Sorenson compression method on the QTVR Settings dialog box.

and

2. The height of your panoramic image is greater than 2047.

Workaround

There are two workarounds. You can correct this problem using either one of the workarounds.

Workaround 1

Select JPEG compression instead of Sorenson on the QTVR Settings dialog box.

Workaround 2

Resize your image (Wizard step 5) to a height that is less than or equal to 2047.
