Image properties requires 0.1 to 10000 for image size

Description

Physical image size on Image properties requires values in the range 0.1 to 10000, but when the image resolution is unknown, this value is the same as pixel size AND DISABLED.  When the pixel size is larger than 10000, the dialog box displays an error message box and the values cannot be corrected.
