Incorrect hyperlinks on License and Registration panel and final Wizard panel

Description

The "Buy Now" button on the License and Registration panel references "buynow.html" but should reference "purchase.html". The "Purchasing The Panorama Factory" link on the License and Registration panel references the help page "register.html" but should reference "purchase.html".

The Learn more about... "Purchase The Panorama Factory" button on the final Wizard panel references "register.html" but should reference "purchase.html".
