Toolbar buttons do not display properly after many stitching sessions

Description

This problem sometimes occurs after many stitching sessions without exiting the program. Here is how one user described it:

Many of the toolbar buttons, panorama thumbnails and the main panorama window below will not display properly or not at all. The fonts in the save menu become bold as if the screen mode as changed. Usually closing the application and reloading will solve the problem for another 5-6 sessions, but its a great inconvenience.

Workaround

Exit and restart the application.
