[Note 1] VAT added to orders. Effective July 1, 2003, the EU requires vendors to collect VAT on electronically delivered products.  If you are VAT registered, the VAT charge may be removed when ordering through PayPal--see [Note 3].

[Note 2] US Sales tax added to orders.  US sales tax is applicable to your order depending upon which state you are ordering from and which payment processor you use.

• We (Smoky City Design, LLC) are a Pennsylvania company.  PayPal orders are placed directly with us and we must add applicable sales tax to each order with billing address in Pennsylvania.

• SWREG, Inc. is a Minnesota, USA company with offices in Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska and Utah and must add applicable sales tax to each order with billing address in one of those states.

If you are sales tax exempt, the sales tax charge may be removed when ordering through PayPal--see [Note 3].

[Note 3] VAT exempt and sales tax exempt orders.  To accept a tax exempt order, tax law requires us to verify your tax exempt status.  Please contact us at support@panoramafactory.com with your company name and VAT registration number or sales tax number.  After we verify your credentials, you may submit your order by selecting "Tax exempt sale" and entering your VAT or sales tax number.

[Note 4] Purchase orders at SWREG. SWREG does not accept purchase orders.  However, a Pro-Forma invoice may be printed when required to release funds in advance of receipt of the product.  This invoice should be printed and submitted to your accounts payable department for payment.  The product is delivered upon receipt of payment.

A US $3.00 manual processing fee is added for Pro-Forma invoice orders paid by check.  A US $18.00 manual processing fee is added for Pro-Forma invoice orders paid by wire transfer.  These fees are in addition to any fees that may be charged by your own bank.

Please follow these steps:

1. Start at http://www.panoramafactory.com/purchase.html and select the SWREG Buy Now button.
2. Choose either:
       CHECK by US, CAD or UK checks or International Money Orders
   or
       Wire or local money transfer.
3. Enter your information into the online form.
4. Review your order and press SUBMIT ORDER.
5. Your browser will display a format Invoice along with payment instructions.
6. Please print the invoice and submit to your company's Accounts Payable department.  Remember to write the order number on the check memo field.
7. When SWREG receives payment, we will send the registration details by email.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to include the end-user's email address in addition to the email address of your Procurement or Accounts Payable department for the smoothest delivery of the registration keys via email.  You may enter one address in the E-Mail field and the other in the CC E-mail field.

The registration key (serial number) is sent to both email addresses entered on the form.  Be sure to include the end-user's email address.  Otherwise the registration keys may be sent to the wrong department and they may not know what to do with them.
