The Panorama Factory m32 Edition runs on single- and multi-processor computers, delivering improved stitching speed on multi-processor systems (including multi-core systems) by performing image computations in parallel. The m32 Edition requires Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Vista. The Panorama Factory x64 Edition runs on the x64 Edition of Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Vista. 64-bit processing enables The Panorama Factory to create images that are nearly 1000 times larger than the maximum under Windows XP on a 32-bit processor. This version runs on single- and multi-processor computers, delivering improved stitching speed on multi-processor systems (including multi-core systems) by performing image computations in parallel. The x64 Edition requires a 64-bit processor with the x64 architecture such as AMD Athlon 64, AMD Turion 64, AMD Opteron, Intel Xeon with EM64T or Intel Pentium with EM64T. The previous edition of The Panorama Factory has been renamed the Legacy Edition. The Legacy Edition runs on all 32-bit Windows platforms starting with Windows 95. It runs on single- and multi-processor computers, but does not take advantage of multiple processors. Pricing and availability A 30-day trial of The Panorama Factory version 4.2 may be downloaded from www.panoramafactory.com. Purchasing a registration key at The Panorama Factory web site converts the trial version to the full version. The price of a new license for The Panorama Factory is $69.95. The upgrade price for current customers who own a registration key for V3 is $29.95. V4.2 is a free upgrade for current customes who have purchased a registration key for V4.0 or V4.1.
