No output from Print command on some HP printers

Description

When trying to print the from The Panorama Factory nothing happens. The printer sounds like it's about to load the paper but stops at that.

This problem has been reported with the HP 970C, 930C
& 952C printers.

Workaround

Several users have reported that this problem can be corrected by downloading and installing an updated printer driver from HP's website, http://www.hp.com.
