1. About The Panorama Factory. Click on the toolbar or select the About The Panorama Factory command (Help menu).
2. Import images dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Import images... command (File menu). Import two images. Make sure the images are the same size. It's a good idea to use an overlapping pair. But you can simply import any two non-overlapping if you wish (or the same image twice), but your stitched image will be very strange if you do this. We'll use these two images for the remainder of the test.
3. Alignment properties dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Alignment properties command (Tools menu).
4. Array of images dialog box. Double-click any image and then select the Array command (New image menu).
5. Blending properties dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Blending properties command (Tools menu).
6. Camera properties dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Camera properties command (Tools menu). Choose all values for Camera type in order to see all the variations of this dialog box.. The controls on the panel and the message displayed under the illustration of a camera will change as you change the camera type.
7. Color management dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Color management command (Tools menu).
8. Color tool. Run the Project properties dialog box (File menu). Select Use 45-bit pixels and then click OK. Click on the toolbar or select the Color tool command (Tools menu).
9. Correct barrel distortion dialog box. Double-click any image and then select the Correct barrel distortion command (New image menu).
10. Correct brightness falloff dialog box. Double-click any image and then select the Correct brightness falloff command (New image menu).
11. Crop image dialog box. Double-click one of the imported images and then click on the toolbar or select the Crop command (New image menu).
12. Filter control dialog box. Double-click one of the imported images. Then select the Enhance command (New image menu).
13. Fine tuning properties dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select Fine tuning properties command (Tools menu).

Histogram panel. There are two variations
of the Histogram panel. Controls at the bottom of the panel will change for
the two variations.
Select the Project properties command (File menu). Select Use 45-bit
pixels and then click OK. Click on
the toolbar or select the Histogram command (Tools menu). Click Cancel.
Select the Project properties command (File menu) again. De-select Use
45-bit pixels and then click OK. Click on
the toolbar or select the Histogram command (Tools menu).
15. Hotspot properties dialog box. Double-click one of the imported images. Click on the toolbar or select the Hotspots command (Image menu).
16. Image properties dialog box. Double-click one of the imported images and then select the Properties command (Image menu) or right-click the current image or any thumbnail and select Properties from the context menu.
17. License and Registration information. There are three variations of this dialog box. Most of the controls will change for each of the three variations.
a. Select the License and Registration command (Help menu). If you have previously entered a valid registration key, you will see Thank you for purchasing The Panorama Factory at the top of the dialog box.
b. Add any character to the end of your valid registration key (this will make it invalid). Click Save registration information and very quickly select the License and Registration command (Help menu) again. You will see Checking registration... displayed at the top of the dialog box.
c. Wait approximately 5 seconds. The dialog box will change to display Thank you for trying The Panorama Factory at the top.
d. Remove the extra character you typed at the end of your registration key so that it with will be recognized as valid again. Click Save registration information. You should see a message box saying Thank you for purchasing The Panorama Factory.
18. Notes dialog box. Select the Notes command (Image menu) or right-click the current image or any thumbnail and select Notes from the context menu.
19. Options dialog box. Select the Options command (Tools menu). Choose each one of the tabs to see all of the controls on the dialog box.
20. Overlap region dialog box. You must stitch a panorama before you can see this dialog. Make sure you have at least two imported images and they are the same size. Click on the toolbar or select the Stitch command (New image menu) to stitch the pair of images. When the stitched image appears, double-click one of the edges of a red box indicating an overlap region. There are 4 variations of the Overlap region dialog box. You can see the variations by selecting each one of the Overlap tasks. Most controls on the dialog will change when you change tasks. When you are done, click Close.
21. Panoramic image properties dialog box. Double-click one of the imported images and then select the Panoramic properties command (Image menu) or right-click the current image or any thumbnail and select Panoramic properties from the context menu.
22. Profile organizer dialog box. Select the Profile organizer command (File menu).
23. Project notes dialog box. Select the Project notes command (File menu).
24. Project properties dialog box. Select the Project properties command (File menu).
25. Page setup dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Page setup command (File menu).
26. Resize image dialog box. Double-click any image. Click on the toolbar or select the Resize command (New image menu).
27. Rotate image dialog box. Double-click any image and then select the Rotate command (New image menu).
28. Save Image As dialog box. Double-click any image. Click on the toolbar or select the Save current image as... command (File menu).
29. Save settings to a profile dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Alignment properties command (Tools menu) (or use any other tool dialog). Click Save settings to a profile....
30. Sharpen image dialog box. Double-click one of the imported images. Then click on the toolbar or select the Sharpen command (New image menu).
31. Trim imported image dialog box. Double-click any one of the imported images. The Trim imported image dialog box should appear.
32. Trimming properties dialog box. Click on the toolbar or select the Trimming properties command (Tools menu).
33. Timing dialog box. Select the Timers command (Tools menu).
The remainder of the dialog boxes are reached from the Save Image As dialog box. Double-click any image. Then select the Save current image as... command (File menu).
34. BMP settings dialog box. Select Windows BMP from the Save as type dropdown. Then click BMP settings....
35. IVR settings dialog box. Select IVR from the Save as type dropdown. Then click IVR settings....
36. JPEG settings dialog box. Select JPEG from the Save as type dropdown. Then click JPEG settings....
37. PNG setting dialog box s. Select PNG from the Save as type dropdown. Then click PNG settings....
38. PSD settings dialog box. Select PSD from the Save as type dropdown. Then click PSD settings....
