You'll need to use V3 for this. The capability you require was not available in V2. You do not use the Stitch command to do this. Instead, you import the image and then use the Image properties dialog box (Image menu) to mark the image as a panoramic image. You'll need to know whether the image is a cylindrical or spherical image and what it's horizontal or vertical field of view (HFOV or VFOV) is in degrees. Once you've specified these values, you'll be able to export the image as a QTVR, IVR or PTViewer panorama. For a full 360 degree image it's easy to know the horizontal field of view -- just enter 360 for HFOV. To run the Image properties dialog box, double-click your imported image and the select the Properties command from the Image menu. I hope this helps!
