This forum is intended for users of The Panorama Factory, a product of Smoky City Design, LLC.
0-360.com is a different (and competing) company that sells equipment for one-shot panoramic imaging.
The Panorama Factory is designed to use images from an ordinary digital camera. It allows you to create much higher resolution panoramas than the one-shot solutions.
I recommend you direct your question to the customer support department at 0-360.com.
