The sample is here: http://vr.albury.net.au/~kathyw/PanoTools/ vr tutorial here: http://vr.albury.net.au/%7Ekathyw/PanoTools/tutorials/panotools1.html#step2 My first question is can I install it on a 2000 pro; the panotools since its made for 95. I saw the path to the folder to install the Pano12.dll which is: Win32/ Directory/ Windows/ (System). Any help would be greatly appreciated. (((http://www.fh-furtwangen.de/%7Edersch/ )))) In the blue page pdfpanorama is panotools and in the readme it says do follow the path win32/ directory/ windows/ system, but I have winnt on my C: drive. How do I install it in the right place? I heard to put (set) from the cmd window so I did and I want to paste it but I cant copy it. Here is the readme from the panoramatools on the blue page: Installation: Most of the functionality of PanoTools is contained in the shared library (pano12.lib on MacOS, pano12.dll on Win32, libpano12.so on Linux) which has to be installed where shared libraries belong: On MacOS, drag the file pano12.lib onto the System Folder icon. You system then asks whether to put it into the Extensions folder. Click 'OK'. On Win32, move the file pano12.dll into the directory Windows\System\ .On Linux, put the file libpano12.so into the search path of the linker. This depends on your setup, but probably /usr/lib/ works. The program PTPicker is a self-executing Java ('jar') file and requires the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to be installed. This can be downloaded from www.javasoft.com (Win32 and Linux) or www.apple.com (Macintosh). At least version 1.1 is required. PTPicker is invoked by double-clicking the program icon on the Macintosh. This also works on Win32, if the newer JRE 1.2 is installed. On Linux, PTPicker is invoked from the command line in an X-Terminal in the directory where the program resides using the syntax: jre -cp ptpicker.jar ptpicker or, if JRE1.2 is installed: java -jar ptpicker.jar The 'Helpers' directory should be installed unchanged in the same directory as the PTPicker application. The installation of the plug-ins for Photoshop (Only Win32 and MacOS) and GraphicConverter (only MacOS) is described elsewhere. The Linux version additionally requires the JPEG and TIFF shared libraries. These are contained in almost any linux distribution.////// They say in the readme of the panotools to put the pano.dll into the system library so I went to the cmd and typed set and I got the library path which is wbem in the system32 of the winnt but I can't paste it there because it says it is in use; how do I paste the dll there?///////Someone did some looking and found the panotools with the installer here: http://www.tawbaware.com/maxlyons/pano12ml.htm#download I installed panotools and still have the other version I was able to paste the pano12.dll into the win32 library file. Now it doesnt seem to work; I can paste stuff in at windows now. I before wasnt able to. I want to get some help before I mess anything else up because I realy want to be able to make panoramas with photoshop cs. Thankyou very much for your wise advice in advance.
