What is the widest lens setting that pf can handle- ie can it handle a 10mm lens or smaller? Can it do any fisheyes? |

There is no inherent limitation to the focal length for rectilinear (ordinary) photographs. However, fisheye lenses are not supported. Just a reminder to include your email address when you post questions so that I can request further information if needed. |

I have successfully used a .42X lens for a recent panoramic that I tested with. It worked great, but barrel distortion was pretty bad. I didn't zoom all the way out, instead I zoomed in until the picture was full-frame (don't ask me what my focal length was) It came out pretty well. I've also used a very wide angle with the fisheye using a single image - bypassing PF alltogether. That works pretty well. I was using the PMVR applet. HTH |
