I recently used an older version or PF I think it's 3.x . I was using scanned images from my old 35mm SLR and the program really impressed me with how reliably it put things together. I'm thinking of getting a cheapo COOLPIX 5400 and an FC-E9 lens which reportedly does up to 190 degrees. I was wondering how well these images come out. I am thinking of doing a 360 in 3 shots. This is mostly for my own enjoyment however I may share them with friends and family. I won't waste my time or $$$'s on that setup if there is a much much much better and comparable by cost way to go ( total setup with all trimmings is like $600 ). Again I am not really loking to make a career out of this as I already have a decent career going. I am just intrigued by panoramas and how they are made and would like to shoot some of my favorite places so that I can always be immersed in them at my whimsy.. TIA for your replies. D.Hidden |
