Just went from shareware version to purchased version. Several panoramas created and have the v 3.4 nag on them. Discovered that the images need to be resaved to remove the nag. Upon resaving "image as" and setting html page, ivr (jpg) name, ivr properties... all seems fine until the browser opens. I can begin scrolling the panorama one way, but, at ~180 degrees, it jumps too 0 degress and starts over. From 0 to 180, I can scroll left or right, but, from 0, I can only go left (359, 358.... 180) then it will jump to 0. 0 to the right (1, 2, 3,...) it will not budge from 0. I have placed the .jar file as requested, rebooted, everything. Browser is mozilla. I can change the ivr and save a new page using active x, and open in IE, and, it works fine... Same method, just with the different viewer. Any help you can offer, or, any more information that would help solve the issue? Thank you. |

It would help a lot for me to see the .JPG, .IVR and .HTML files that you created. You could either upload them to the forum using the "Upload Attachment" button or send them directly to support@panoramafactory.com. It's usually better send specific customer support problems to support@panoramafactory.com so that we can have an email dialog about the problem.

Whichever you would prefer. Here are the files as requested, shall I move this to email? Note, the JPG was 300kb |

Michael's files helped me identify the problem with IVR in The Panorama Factory V4. I've placed a trouble report on the web site that describes the problem behavior. The trouble report also includes a patch that you can use if you encounter this problem. Please read Trouble report 499 - Panning limits are set incorrectly for IVR format. |
