I have panoramic negatives that are cutted in the middle. Can panorama factory splices the cutted negative image together without overlaps?

Unfortunately, The Panorama Factory requires that the images overlap. I suggest you use an image editing program such as Adobe Photoshop to abut the images. You'll probably have to do some manual retouching to merge the cut edges.
