Dear Mr. John Strait,
I have just upgraded to V2.4 and did not find under digital cameras the settings for Sony DSC-F707. So I turned to your Help section on your website, which is very clear and informative. And I have seen that you have answered this issue:

By John Strait on Sunday, January 20, 2002 - 11:10 am: New cameras are added to the data base each time an updated version of The Panorama Factory is released. You can be sure that the Sony DSC F-707 will be added in the next release.”
I also have read all the messages and still cannot figure out how to setup the lens to have a correct panoramic picture.
Can you help, please?!!!!

The Sony DSC-F707 has the same specification for focal length range as the Sony DSC-D707 which is in The Panorama Factory's list of cameras. Both have a 35mm equivalent focal length range of 38mm to 190mm.
This means that you may select DSC-D707 as a suitable substitute for the DSC-F707.
In fact, I have found very few references on the web to the Sony DSC-D707. This makes me wonder whether the "D707" is a typographical error in The Panorama Factory's list! |
