When I attempt to import jpgs to the program they become like "negatives" HELP! |

If your images were scanned as negatives, you can correct it:
1. You must enable the color correction tool. After importing the images, use Project properties (File menu) and select "Enable color tool." You may find that it performs better if you also turn on "Use 45-bit pixels." The 45-bit option will give better performance of the color tool if you have enough RAM -- the 45-bit mode uses much more memory than the default 24-bit mode.
2. Toggle between positive and negative with the "+/-" button on the tool bar or by running the Color panel(Tools menu). |
