I tried to create a QTVR panorama and it gave me the error message that I need to install the QuickTime authoring components. So I installed the latest version of QuickTime along with its authoring components. Now the "Save IVR Panorama As..." and "Save QTVR Panorama As..." commands are both grayed out! They were not grayed out before I installed the QuickTime authoring components. I don't know if this is because I'm using QT5 (the docs all mention QT4), or because I'm running Windows XP RC2. I'll try it on a Windows 2000 machine and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for any insight! (Feel free to contact me by email, but take out the "DeleteThis." in my address.) |

The commands are grayed out when there is no "current image." Be sure to double-click a panoramic image (or an image derived from a panoramic image) to make it the current image. This should make the Save IVR and Save QTVR commands available. |
