Have you thought about doing just a plug-in for Photoshop to do stitching in Photoshop? That would be great! |

Prof. Helmut Dersch provides such plug-ins. See "Panorama Tools, the Free Software to Create, Edit and Remap Panoramic Images" at http://www.fh-furtwangen.de/~dersch/.
I prefer to provide a complete solution rather than a set of tools. This way I feel that I broaden the potential user group.
Some of the features of The Panorama Factory require that it be a self-contained application. For example, the project organization that gives you the ability to modify intermediate steps without having to start over. |
