I have 3 sets of 11 images, shot at -1, 0 and +1 EV to make an HDR panorama. I made the first panorama normally, both using the fully automatic mode and separately using the fully manual mode. When I create the second panorama (+1 EV), there is severe ghosting in the resulting panorama.

If I make the panorama of the +1 EV images separately, there is no ghosting, and there was no camera shake while the images were taken.

Is there a way to correct this ghosting?

Greg -

What I suspect is happening here is that you are tyring to use 3 images for each position shot. Since each was taken slightly at different times there is ghosting occuring x3.

Can you combine each par of images into an HDR set so that you end up with 11 images vs. 33 images and then combine the 11 HDR images into one panorama, I think that will work for you.

Good luck,

David

Hi Greg,

Not sure what would go wrong if you did not have any camera movement between shots. The Clone command is designed for exactly that.

I'd need to see your 33 photos to express an opinion on what went wrong. I'd be happy to look at them if you send them to support @ panoramafactory.com. Or I you prefer, I can give you FTP instructions. Just email support @ panoramafactory.com either way.
