I'll need more information to help figure this out.

For individual problems like this (specific to a particular user), it's sometimes better to send a customer support request to support @ panoramafactory.com. That way we can carry on an email back-and-forth to work out the problem and you wouldn't have to post your image data on this public discussion board.

In any case, as a start, I'd like to see the final image and also the "stitched" image (before it is cropped by PF). For this type of problem, a picture is truly worth 1000 words (if not more)!

To find the "stitched" image, exit from the Wizard by pressing the Done button. Then double-click the "stitched" thumbnail which should be visible at the top of the screen after exiting the Wizard.

If your image files are large, I would suggest reducing their size significantly before posting them here or sending them in an email. You can use the "Automatically resize" option on the Save image as dialog box to limit the size of the saved JPG image, for example, 100 Kbytes.

I am new to this program but I find the automatic stitching method works best usually with few exceptions. My question is this... how do you, after auto stitching and blending, and after revealing the overlap regions for fine tuning choose only a single region to edit without loosing the automatic adjustments of all the rest? Thanks for any help you can give me.

It depends on which adjustments you want to make. These help pages describe the adjustments that are possible for individual overlap regions:

Correct problems with the stitched image
Manually aligning images
Fine tuning the image alignment
Adjusting exposure matching and brightness falloff

I hope this helps!
