Hello Together,

I love PF and I use it very well. But now I have one Question:

Is it possible to make a Qubic Panorama with PF ?

Is there a supported way like the multi-row-panos to do this ?

Thank you and kind regards
Gregor

Gregor -

I have not tried it, but John has written a great tutorial on how to do this:

http://www.panoramafactory.com/multirow/index.html

Don't know if you would consider this a "true" cubic as it leaves a small opening at the top and bottom, but look at some examples of the results, they are great!

Good Luck,

David

Hi Gregor,

Do you mean the QTVR format? The current version (V4) of The Panorama Factory supports cylindrical QTVRs but not cubic QTVRs. But I am working on it and it will be available in a future release.

Gregor,

You can stitch your panorama to make a 360x180, and use the free panotools (pano2faces.bat) to convert your pano to 6 cube faces, then edit the nadir & zenith, and convert again to pano with cube2pano, also from panotools.
