Hello, I know I can save .tif ind 8 or 16 bit. I also can save a .psd file with layers, but alle the psds are 8 bit. How can I save a file with layers in 16 bit ..?

Hi Christopher,
I am sorry to say that The Panorama Factory is currently unable to create PSD files with 16-bit layers. The PhotoShop export function was new in V4, but we targeted the older, Photoshop 6/7 file format to be compatible with the large installed base of PhotoShop 6/7 users. Unforunately, PhotoShop 6/7 file format supports only 8-bit layers. Hopefully in the future we'll be able to add support for PhotoShop CS format which does provide for 16-bit layers.
