Free upgrade from 3.x to v 3.4?

Can I upgrade to v 3.4 (not yet 4.0) for free and where do I find the setup files? The V3.4 setup file is still available on request to people who have purchased any V3.x version. Please write to support@panoramafactory.com for download instructions. Be sure to include your Registration Key (or the email address originally used on your purchase) with your request.
