To install version 1.6, download the file pf1p6.exe through the download page at http://www.panoramafactory.com/download.html. Save the file to your disk and then double-click it to run the setup. |

thanks I'm not a dummy. I know how to install a software. I wanted to install it automatically in a script to add it to a "unattended XP CD" http://www.msfn.org |

I apologize. I simply misunderstood your question--I guess that makes me the dummy. :-) The pf1p6.exe setup file is a self-extracting ZIP file created with WinZip (an older version). I do not know whether WipZip self-extracting files provide for the kind of autorun capability you describe. By the way, you write that you want to add the setup file to an unattended XP CD. I don't know if you are planning to use this CD for your personal use only or to distribute this CD to anyone else. Please be aware that if you intend to distribute the CD, the V1.6 license would require that The Panorama Factory be the only software on the CD. The freeware license does not permit bundling the software. The relevent section is:
"You may copy and redistribute this version of The Panorama Factory as long as you do not charge a fee for it; do not modify the software, documentation or license statement in any way; do not bundle it with another system; and give credit where credit is due."
