Hey all, Im trying to import a cubic qtvr mov file into The panorama factory, but every time I try, I get the following message: "In import QT, new Gworld returned error -50." How do I go about solving this? And perhaps someone would be kind enough to tell me if the panorama factory is capable of doing what I intended, which I'll explain: basically, I want to open up an existing qtvr (but can't due to the first problem), then save it as a flat jpg image (or any other image format for that matter), so is this possible? Normally, I'd take the time to read all the documentation first, but I can't right now because I have about 5 minutes left to get ready for work! Anyway, any help is appreciated. |

The Panorama Factory can import and export cylindrical QTVR images. Unfortunately, it cannot import and export cubic images. Nonetheless, it should not crash even if asked to import an unsupported image file. I would like to correct this problem. Can you send me a sample MOV file that causes the crash? That would help be find out why it is crashing so that I can correct the problem in a future release. The best way to send me the file would be to submit a trouble report through the Trouble Report form at The Panorama Factory web site.
