I am sorry, but The Panorama Factory does not support the sky box format at this time. The sky box format is very similar to formats used by some of the panoramic VR viewers. For example, Apple's QuickTime has a "Cubic VR" format. The Panorama Factory doesn't currently support any of the cubic formats, so it probably won't be useful to you right now. The cubic formats are especially applicable for full 360 (horizontal) x 180 (vertical) degree images (sometimes called 360 x 360). The current release of The Panorama Factory supports stitching only a single row of pictures, so it can't produce the full 180 degree vertical field of view. Multi-row stitching to create 360 x 180 images is on the list of things we want to add in a fuure release, but it's not there yet. Any release that supports 360 x 180 would probably also support cubic VR formats. But that's some time in the future.
