Hi there
I'm sorry if i'm asking the most obvious question but i am totally new to this so here goes. I have created a 360degrees panorama using the wizard which I thought was very good indeed. However, when I used PMVR to display it as a panorama that could be rotated on a web page, the first and last frames did not overlap. Instead they butted up next to each other with obviously poor results. When i checked the panorama there was definately an overlap at the end so if the two ends were simply connected they would not match properly. Can you please tell me how to alter the image/create it properly in the first place so that the ends match properly.

To make a full 360 degree panorama for PMVR, you should select the "360 degree flat panorama" choice on Wizard Step 3 or use the Stitch 360 command (New image menu) if you are using the classic interface.
The 360 degree stitch command crops the final stitched image so that the ends of the image will meet seamlessly. See Stitch 360 command for information about 360 degree stitching. See also Crop command for an illustration showing the default cropping that makes the ends meet seamlessly.
The 360 degree stitch command was added in V2.0. This capability is not available in the freeware V1.6 version. |
