I have stitched together a 360 panorama in PF, and then saved the image as a JPG. I compressed the image in Adobe Photoshop, and then reloaded the compressed image in PF. I want to make it a QTVR from this new compressed image, but PF says it is "not a stitched image". How do you have PF make a QTVR from compression in another program. |

Unfortunately, The Panorama Factory V2.4 does not include the capability to import a completed image and then save as QTVR. This ability may be added in a future version of the software, but that is some time in the future. By the way, even if The Panorama Factory did support this function, using PhotoShop image compression would not affect the final file size because The Panorama Factory must de-compress imported images before processing them. Of course, other image processing functions of PhotoShop such as color adjustments and sharpening would be propogated to the final image file, so this kind of image processing may be useful in the future. |
