Hello, I'm relatively new to Panorama Factory and I have enjoyed using it since I first found out about it, however, I have run into a pretty severe problem in the past few days- I have the latest version of Panorama Factory (5.3) under Windows XP Professional SP3 and while making hotspots within the pano, everything works and saves fine, except when attempting to make polygon hotspots with a URL in the supplied field, which is causing Panorama Factory to crash while saving a QTVR. This only happens with polygon hotspots and only when there is a URL in the supplied field. Please note that the same issue occurs under Vista SP1, though PF merely hangs indefinitely, while saving, as opposed to crashing the program immediately. The only error message present during the crash is Windows' typical, "PFactory.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
