Seam in print not in file

I made several panoramas. Recently i did let make 88x30 cm. prints of two off them. Now on both the prints i see the seam from the first to the second file. One panorama is made of twelve files, the other of nine files. On the monitor these seams are definitely invisible. Do i do something wrong?
