Hi John, For the QTVR panoramas I've been doing, file size is not important; I want the maximum qualty, expecially on zoom. (Here's an example: http://web3.foxinternet.net/lrobinson/pics/NavahoVR.html) The goal is to be able to be able to view distant features with near the same resolution as with the naked eye. The PF generated tiff files which I use for the labeled pans are very close! So far my best QTVR results have been with Sorenson compression at 100 percent, but there is still a significant loss of detail. The tiff file for the 360 deg. view is typically 100 to 200 MB, yet the biggest QTVR files I can make are ~8 mb. I'd be happy with 20 to 40 mb. Which type of Sorenson compression does PF use? Sorenson Video 3 or the older Sorenson Video? If it's not the latest, could PF incoporate some of the latest codecs supported by QT? I found this page quite helpful: http://people.csail.mit.edu/tbuehler/video/codecs/quicktime.html Larry
