When I try to make a QTVR file I have the following problem:
When stitching the photo's full automatic or semi automatic, everything works fine and my QTVR file turns out ok. But when I stitch them manually, Quicktime (version 7) can't show the QTVR file. Quicktime starts, the screen stays white and it doesn't respond anymore. I've tried several settings, different photo's and more or less stitching points. Can anyone help me? |

Hi Ivo,
We recently (just in the last week) discovered a problem that causes the same behavior, but it happens only for panoramas that are entirely above or below the horizon. We published a trouble report decribing the problem at http://www.panoramafactory.com/trouble/trouble_601.html.
Does this sound like it could be the same problem you are having? We will correct this particular problem in the next release, V4.3, which should be available sometime within the next month or so.
I would be able to determine whether it is the same problem if I could see your manual stitching project. Please contact support@panoramafactory.com for instructions on how to send us a copy of the stitching project. We'll want you to send it by FTP rather than as an email attachment because our customer support email system has problems with large attachments (over 1 MB).
